My augmentation dissapeared! Empty My augmentation dissapeared!

I want to know why my augmentation (might) dissapeared itself. If admin removed it for any reason i would like to know about it. Also i am completely sure that i didn't removed it by mistake and you can check my skill bar you can see might icon on my second skill bar. Thank you in advance. My char's name in game is Fey.

when you make this weapon?? and when approximately understand that item disappear?
